Anton Horn
Founder & Managing Director
As a former CISO Anton founded Envoy Security to build a consulting firm based on experience and the drive to solve real problems for clients. He has deep expertise in Cybersecurity Strategy, Product Security, GRC and Resilience. The sectors he primarily supports are Financial Services, Energy and Industrial Products, with further specializations in FinTech and GreenTech companies.
Leonhard Arntzen
Principal Consultant Cybersecurity Strategy & GRC
Leonhard brings over 15 years of experience advising clients on matters of operational risk and compliance, ranging from investigations to security and crisis management and strategic planning. For the last ten years, he has been focusing on information security, working for the financial, engineering and public sectors.
Mayo Takeuchi
Principal Consultant Cybersecurity Strategy
Mayo, a Canadian who has settled in Europe, brings nearly 30 years of experience in the IT industry to Envoy Security across four countries, of which over 25 years were spent at IBM where she both supported and advised clients and stakeholders in information management, digital strategy, and business transformation initiatives. Since 2019 she has been focused on cybersecurity: first by learning "on the job" and handling information security incidents personally, then quickly garnering IBM-wide recognition for excellence in leading CSIRT staff across India and EMEA. She helped stand up security operations teams for Kyndryl, and senior stakeholders in global organisations in public and private sectors alike have availed of her guidance on strategic security and risk-related matters.
Michael Barta
Principal Consultant
GRC Engineering
Mike brings over 20 years of governance, compliance, and operations experience in information security to Envoy Security, where he serves as Principal Consultant, GRC Engineering. His path includes roles in US Intelligence, Microsoft, his own Consulting firm and most recently engineering a security GRC program at Knauf. Along the way, he has owned or consulted on security transformations for global enterprises, US Defense Department projects, and Startups. At Envoy Security, his focus is on aligning business and cyber objectives efficiently through engineered governance strategies that hold up under real operational pressure.
Jaivik Parekh
Junior Associate Cybersecurity
Jaivik is supporting Envoy Security as s Junior Associate. He has a background in software engineering and is currently working towards his Master's in Cyber Security. Jaivik is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
